I suppose most of you will be surprised by this news update, since it is the first official news update I have emailed to my clients ever -- since I started part-time out of my home way back in 1999!
The time has gone by so swiftly!
You can rest easily that I will not be inundating you with frequent emails, but I will be sending you a few, very important ones this month. There are some things afoot that you need to know about, and I would be neglecting you if I didn't tell you. In some cases, I simply need to be able to say, "I told you about this...". I need to be able to say that!
If you would rather not receive future emails from PROSBO, Inc (a few extra this month, but monthly is our plan...) there will always be an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email, so it is easy to be removed from this list at any time.
Pajezy.com is being used by hundreds of domains now, and we are adding sites each week!
New Easy Text Edit and Advanced Editor
If you have not logged on in a while, we recommend that you call and get a quick tour of the new Easy Text edit and Advanced editing features of pajezy. Note: these new features are automatically enabled on all new accounts since January, 2008, but if you have not noticed the change in the editor, it is because it is not enabled on your account.
The new additions are FREE, but you need to phone us to request them. Call the pajezy.com help line, locally at 360-565-8312 or toll free at 888-225-1342.

Pajezy is a proven tool with a great track record, so we have taken our little genie (pajezy) web-based website authoring and editing program to the next level, offering Private Label solutions since January 1 of this year. A private label means someone can purchase a license of the pajezy.com program to begin their own "pajezy.com" business by whatever "brand" they choose to use.
When someone logs in to edit their website using one of our licensed copies of the program, their users only see their brand. (pajezy stays hidden in the background). We offer branded solutions starting at $1,500 for setup and $150 per month for support. Programs range from commission only programs to complete, raw source code.
It is our expectation to sell at least 500 of these licenses by the end of 2010.

The MyBizWebs.com affiliates program is similar to the private label program, but is designed more for people who want to make some part-time income, but have no intent on making a career out of it.
MyBizWebs.com is actually a Global Licensee of Pajezy.com, and I am operating it here now. I will eventually sell this. If you or someone you know is interested, the price now (at launch) is $50,000, plus $1000 per month if you want PROSBO, Inc to continue to maintain a dedicated server for it. It comes with the full source code of pajezy.com.
I will reward you with a $5,000 finders fee if you send a buyer my way! If you don't want the finder's fee, that's cool, just identify your favorite charity or not-for-profit, and PROSBO, Inc will gift it to them in your name.
The MyBizWebs.com program is available in three versions: free, lite ($250 setup + $25/mo) and professional ($500 setup + $50/mo). The professional affiliate program is two-tiered. Pajezy.com is now being used to market and maintain several hundred websites, and we are in the final stages of preparing to sell Private Labels of our program to others that are looking for a good small business opportunity that is not MLM!
Many of you are aware of the difficulties that I have had to deal with as we continue to grow, most significantly my near death in November of 2003 when I was struck by an uninsured motorist while crossing Highway 101 near my office on my way to work one morning (I was walking for my health!)
By the grace of God, my business revenues still double over the six months following the accident and I am so grateful for all of you "old-timer" customers that stayed with me and were patient during the time of my recovery.
Lisa and I ran into someone recently who asked me if it was worth it to get nearly killed for the TEN MILLION DOLLARS that "I received" from the insurance company of the lady that hit me. Problem is ... I didn't get a dime. She was uninsured, and I was unwilling to press charges for the accident. I am still dealing with the residuals of that economic loss of over $100,000. It has all been paid, but much of it was rolled into a second mortgage on our home.
My credit score has been restored to a "B" now, but I am not a candidate for conventional financing and have thus far been able to avoid selling my soul to venture capitalists.
So, that is where this PROSPER.COM program enters. I am using this program to try and raise $25,000 for working capital to enable me to promote the Pajezy.com Private Label Program and the MyBizWebs.com Affiliate Program.

. New Server - Coming Home
Pajezy.com has been remotely hosted on its own server now since 2004. We had been reluctant to house the program in Port Angeles in year's past because of security issues, and most importantly, the vulnerability for uptime because we do not have a large datacenter here.
The news here is that we are currently rebuilding a brand new home for the genie and that home will be here in Port Angeles - in our own datacenter. This is possible now mainly because of the reliability and power of Capacity Provisioning, who provides the fiber connectivity for our offices and will be supplying the connection and bandwidth we need to host the powerful pajezy.com application here.
It is our goal to have the new server and service running from our own datacenter by the end of this month! We do not anticipate any significant downtime during the move.
